Day 13- Triple S- Seattle, Seals and Sports

Bloggers! We had a time today let me tell you- Seattle has lived up to every expectation we ever had of it.
The morning started early after a lovely breakfast we made our way to Lynwood Transit station to board the ever fancy public transit. Mom looked terrified but the nice people helped us with which bus to take and we boarded the bus.

It was a cold, crisp morning but we were ready to hit the market. The only thing that stopped us was our need to pee. So we ran into McDonalds only to be stopped at the door. We had to purchase something so nothing like a cold drink when your hands are cold/ broken out (Mom) allready.

Mom with the pig. We saw another pig at the market but he was frozen solid, over some mans shoulder getting ready for the spit.

We saw the fish being tossed.... all the men that worked here were beautiful.... but the fish smell is overwhelming as are the fish size. Check out the lobster tails below.

Dave Sherman would devour these shrimp..... the picture just did not do them justice.

If I lived here I would just love these veggies! We got some lovely grapes and plums.

The bouquets are only 10$ and the flowers are GORGEOUSSS!! Dedicated to Nan- she would have LOVED seeing all these up close and personal.

Then we trotted down to the Seattle Aquarium- it was us and probably 100 little kids- glad I am just as excited as them to see the fishies.

He likes to swim on his back just like me!

Solid to the world this little guy was- it was still early for him!

I wanted to take a nap right with them- unfortunately this bed isnt very comfy!

Shout out to Jenn Heckman- thanks for the best suggestion EVER! The minute we bit into our lunch we both exclaimed- "Jenn knows her shit!"

The loaf of bread Mom got at lunch did us just fine- the cookie was the highlight of my lunch! Thanks again Jenn

So most women go shopping- Mom and I decide to take tours of the sport feild. Here we are at the Seattle Seahawks field. What an amazing operation!

Here I am just paying homage to one of the best NFL coaches!

Then we walked across to Safeco Feild home of the Seattle Mariners (MLB) team.
We had such a ball (pardon the pun hahaha)

After a couple of mild twist and turns we finally made it back to our bus and back to the station. A little later than expected and full of sore, tired feet and wonderful memories. We were happy to see Nan back at the Hotel. She enjoyed a nice sleep in and a day full of knitting, word searches and a little golf. We had supper just around the corner and when coming back to our room we could not believe what we saw- BLIZZARD MOBILEEEEEEE...... Just a great ending to an amazing day

Tonight we are relaxing our aching bodies and watching some television. Tommorow we plan on watching the British Open in the morning and maybe doing some shopping in the afternoon if we can walk....
Hope all is well with you all- Lots of Love xo
